
Natalie Wilson is a dynamic media strategist and public relations powerhouse with over 20 years of experience amplifying voices that too often go unheard. As Co-Founder and COO of the Black and Missing Foundation, Inc. (BAMFI), she drives the organization’s strategic outreach, media engagement, and public awareness campaigns that spotlight missing persons of color.
Under her leadership, BAMFI has been featured on nearly every national talk show and across local and national news segments. Natalie has built powerful partnerships with newsrooms nationwide—collaborations that not only elevate BAMFI’s mission but have also helped bring hundreds of missing individuals home or provide long-awaited answers to their families.
Natalie is also Co-Founder and Managing Member of BAMFI Enterprises, LLC, a multimedia production company focused on content and technical consultation for TV, film, and digital media—highlighting missing persons and real-life challenges within BIPOC communities.
She is the founder of NWR Communications Group, a boutique PR agency specializing in DEI-centered media strategies. A Howard University alumna, she holds a Master’s in Communications from Trinity University and executive education from Harvard Business School. Her honors include L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth, Black Girls Rock! Community Change Agent, and The Root 100.
